Pancakes are a very good supply of nutrients and minerals, whole-wheat pancakes have better stages of calcium, iron, phosphorus, and riboflavin.

- 200g self-elevating flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder

- 3 large eggs
- 25g melted butter, plus more for cooking
- 200ml milk
- Vegetable oil, for cooking
- Maple syrup
