1. Ingredients
- 350g turkey thigh mince
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped

- 2 x 400g cans chopped tomatoes
- 2 tsp sugar
- 150g ball mozzarella, torn into portions

2. Method
STEP 1
Combine the mince, oregano, fennel seeds and a few seasoning in a bowl. Take walnut-sized portions of the aggregate and roll into balls.
