Healthy Sloppy Joes for Healthful breakfast

These Healthy Sloppy Joes are made with lean floor pork and hidden veggies. This is a healthful and flavorful take on the traditional sandwich.

1.    Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean floor beef
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • ¼ cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 carrots, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon organized yellow mustard
  • ¾ cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • salt and floor black pepper to taste

2.    Directions

Step 1
